Regal’s ESOP Committee and Accident Review Board members recently met for their Q3-2013 meeting. Safety Director Chris Anzalone directed the meeting as the board reviewed and approved over $65,000.00 in Regal Driver Quarterly Safety and Performance Bonuses. Overall company review of the different terminals and distribution centers, safety, recruitment and employee owner suggestions were proactively discussed.

Regal Service provides qualified over-the-road fleet drivers the quarterly opportunity to gain an additional $1500 by meeting Safety (CSA/Performance/Accident) and Operational established goals with over 90% of the fleet meeting the majority of the agreed objectives. In addition to the Safety and Performance bonus, a very lucrative driver recruitment related bonus is also provided employee owners as well as newly hired drivers.
