In 1998 the ownership of the company began to transfer hands through the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) process. The ownership Trust eventually grew the employee stake to a 100% ownership by 2001. Substantial long-term vision and planning now provides qualified Regal employees more than a job. It provides a realistic ownership value tied to the company’s overall performance.

A three member ESOP Committee has been selected from eligible employee owners to represent your overall company interests and concerns. This three member committee also serves on the Accident Review Board and participates in the Regal Relief Committee, which meets quarterly to review driver related accidents during the course of the previous quarter’s activity. Please introduce yourself to these employee owners who have volunteered their time and energy to create a responsive and informative employee owner community.
