Regal Service headquarters is located in Ripley, New York just off I-90. This location is just a few miles from the Pennsylvania border, about 20 miles from Erie, PA. Started by the Bowser Family in 1966, Regal Service has grown to cover 37 of the 50 states and has plans to expand in the coming years. Regal Service offers full-load trucking services, third-party brokerage services, and handles a full assortment of logistic-related warehousing assistance, too. Across all locations, Regal Service employees about 135 people and we pride ourselves in having extremely low turnover compared to the rest of the trucking industry. Because Regal Service is 100% employee owned and operated, with employees reaching 100 percent vestment in seven years, many people choose to stay at Regal until they plan to retire. This has created a family culture here at Regal and we are committed to growing the business and supporting the local community.

Regal Service’s main distribution facility is a Free Trade Zone (FTZ) located in Jamestown, NY, about 35 miles southeast from headquarters in Ripley. A FTZ zone is a secure, geographical area authorized by the federal government which defers the payment of duties and taxes for goods / merchandise inside the zone. This can be a huge cost savings for our clients and our highly experienced staff is dedicated to providing excellent customer service to help track and monitor all aspects of the contracted service. For nearly 10 years, Regal Service has operated out of Jamestown to provide a full assortment of logistic-related warehousing services. We take tremendous pride in our 99.9% inventory accuracy and also perform minor manufacturing services, repacking, labeling, kitting, and some assembly services, too. Our Jamestown location is a food-grade and temperature controlled facility.

For the past 35 years, Regal Service has had a presence in Baltimore Maryland to handle container freight trucking services for overseas shipping. At this facility, we consolidate much of the cargo being shipped in to the Port of Baltimore and configure it for full load trucking. This location is an integral part of our operations and allows us to be more efficient with our shipping process — a cost savings we carry over to our valued customers. This is just one of the many ways we at Regal Service help reduce costs for our clients by offering custom warehousing services and allows us to reach out to a broader audience. Our clients also have the ability to track their inventory 24/7 online at our food grade, temperature controlled warehouse facilities, and we have staff on-call day-and-night to assist with any customer service needs.
